Ruling on keeping birds that are not eaten

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: What is the ruling on keeping birds that are not eaten?

Answer: If one benefits from them, such as a falcon or a hawker, if you buy them for hunting, the apparent statement of the scholars is that there is no harm in it, just as a hunting dog is kept for hunting, so there is no harm. Like the falcon, it has a talon but there is benefit in it for hunting, so it is permissible. Likewise, the eagle, if it is trained, or the goshawk or the hawker. The point is: that which can be raised and benefited from.
