The ruling on a woman who experiences menstruation during the tawaf of departure

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: A woman traveled for Hajj and her monthly period came to her five days after the date of her departure. After arriving at the miqat, she performed ghusl and entered the state of ihram while she had not yet become pure from her period. When she arrived in the Holy City of Makkah, she remained outside the Haram and did not perform any of the rituals of Hajj or 'Umrah. She stayed in Mina for two days, then became pure, performed ghusl, and completed all the rituals of 'Umrah while in a state of purity. Then the blood returned to her while she was performing the tawaf of departure for Hajj, but she was in a state of istihadah (irregular non-menstrual bleeding) and completed the rituals of Hajj. She did not inform her guardian until after they arrived in their home country. What is the ruling on this?

Answer: If the facts are as the questioner described, then the woman mentioned must go to Makkah and perform tawaf around the Ancient House seven times with the intention of tawaf for her Hajj, in place of the tawaf during which she was affected by the blood. She must pray two rak'ahs after the tawaf, behind the Maqam or in any place within the Haram. By doing so, her Hajj is completed.
She owes a sacrificial animal in Makkah for its poor people if she has a husband who had sexual intercourse with her after the Hajj; because a woman in the state of ihram is not permissible for her husband to have intercourse with her until after the tawaf of departure, the stoning of the pillars on the day of 'Id, and the shortening of the hair from her head.
She must perform sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah if she had not performed it, provided she was performing tamattu' (combining 'Umrah and Hajj with a break between them) with an 'Umrah before the Hajj. However, if she was performing qiran (combining 'Umrah and Hajj in one ihram) or ifrad (performing Hajj alone) for the Hajj, she does not owe a second sa'y if she had already performed sa'y with the tawaf of arrival.
She must repent to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) for what she did in performing tawaf when she was affected by the blood, for leaving Makkah before the tawaf if that occurred, and for delaying the tawaf for this long period. We ask Allah to accept her repentance.
