The ruling on a fiancé enjoying his wife after the marriage contract

Question: I have contracted a marriage but have not yet entered upon my wife because I have not been able to complete the marital home. If I were to enjoy her while she is in her parents' home, enjoying her without entering upon her, would I be doing something that is not my right to do? What is the ruling? Please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you.

Answer: There is nothing wrong with enjoying her in her parents' home if they allow you to do so and let you be alone with her. There is nothing wrong with enjoying her in every way, including intercourse and other things. It is not a condition for intercourse that it take place in a separate home. Even if you are with her parents, there is nothing wrong if you are alone with her there, as long as the marriage has been completed, meaning the contract has been finalized. You have the right to be with your wife and enjoy her in all that is permissible for you, such as kissing, touching, and intercourse, even if she is with her parents. And praise be to Allah.
