Is the wronged party obligated to reconcile with the wrongdoer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If there is hostility between two people, one of whom is the wrongdoer and the other the wronged party: Is the wronged party obligated to reconcile with the wrongdoer?

Answer:
He should reconcile with the wrongdoer and demand his right, without boycotting him, as there is no need for boycotting.
Q: If they do not reconcile, are they equal?
The Shaykh: The apparent meaning of the hadiths is that it is general; as long as it concerns the rights of this world, there is no boycotting for more than three days. However, if it is a religious right, then that is not restricted.
For example, if he demands a hundred riyals, a thousand riyals, or ten thousand riyals from him, and he denies some of it or denies it all, and you have no proof, and you made him take an oath, praise be to Allah, you made him take an oath, and it is finished, there is no need for boycotting. Or if the lawsuit is pending until the proof is presented, there is no need for boycotting; because this is the right of a creation, not the right of Allah.
Q: If there is enmity and hostility between you and him, and he does not reside in the country where you are: How do you show tolerance toward him?
The Shaykh: If you meet him, do not boycott him. And if he is far from you, you are at ease.
