If the wrongdoer dies, is it permissible to supplicate against him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The student: Sometimes the wrongdoer dies; is it permissible to supplicate against him?

The Shaykh : That is, after his death. There is no harm in that; he may supplicate against him even after his death. Although, if the wronged person had not supplicated, his right would still reach him on the Day of Resurrection. If he takes what was taken from his good deeds by supplicating against him on the Day of Resurrection, may Allah the Exalted gather us and you in His mercy, and may He guide us and you to what He loves and is pleased with.
