Ruling on building a house above a mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He donated a piece of land and collected funds to build the mosque. After the mosque was completed, he built a house on top of the mosque. Is that permissible for him?

Answer:
If he intended this from the beginning, if he intended this... the bottom is a mosque and the top is a house; there is no harm. But if he did not, if he only intended a mosque and then it occurred to him; no, he does not build anything for residence on the mosque....
If he informed them, but if he did not inform them, he does not build anything on it. He cleared the mosque; it is part of the mosque. But if he agreed with a group of them to build it and make its back side, allowing him the back of the mosque; there is no harm.
