When do the Bedouins and travelers slaughter their sacrificial animals?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Do the Bedouins not have prayer?

Answer:
This has been discussed previously, and the scholars differed: some said that for them, it is from the appearance of the dawn... the people of Mina regarding their gifts and sacrificial animals.
Others said: after the sun has risen the height of a spear, which is the duration of a prayer, meaning by human estimation, when the sun has risen and the duration of a prayer has passed, the Bedouins, travelers, and people of Mina slaughter.
The most cautious approach in this is what some scholars said: delay until the sun rises, it ascends, the duration of a prayer passes, then slaughter. If one slaughters at the beginning of the day, that is because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), when asked, they said to him: O Messenger of Allah, I slaughtered before I stoned? Meaning on the day of the festival, he said:
There is no harm.لا حرج
, and he did not say to him: Did you slaughter before the sun or after the sun? This indicates that the matter on the day of the festival is general for those who do not have prayer on the day of the festival, the day of sacrifice. If there were a distinction, he would have asked him and said: Did you slaughter it before the sun or after the sun? But for one who has prayer, the ruling is tied to the prayer.
