Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, my father narrated to us, Zakariyya narrated to us with this chain of narration.

The Shaykh : His statement:
No one is to be killed لا يُقتَل
The meaning is: A Qurashi is not to be killed by legal ruling, out of forbearance. The meaning is not that he is not killed by divine decree, because many from Quraysh were killed by divine decree. Rather, the intended meaning is: He is not to be killed by legal ruling after this day. The legal ruling may be contradicted by some people who do not comply with it, unlike if it were that he is killed by divine decree, for it is not possible for that to happen, and the reality is that it does happen. So the intended meaning is: He is not to be killed by legal ruling.
The reciter: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, my father narrated to us, Zakariyya narrated to us with this chain of narration. And he added, he said:

.

The Shaykh : Look at the first hadith:
No one is to be killed لا يقتل
And what did he say about it? ...
