The Shaykh : He (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person is not in a state of urgency, he is not obligated to perform it now; he is not obligated. So, as long as he is not obligated, how can we obligate him to make it up when we do not obligate him to perform it in its proper time? That is, as long as the time has not become tight, as long as the time has not become tight, we do not obligate him to perform it. And if he is not obligated to perform it, he is not obligated to make it up. And Allah the Exalted has made it easy for him.
