Explanation of the author's statement: "And the sale is not valid from one upon whom the Friday prayer is obligatory after its second call."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : We return to the topic of the lesson. If buying and selling takes place after the first call for the Friday prayer, what is the ruling?

The questioner : Correct.

The Shaykh : There is no harm in it, because there is no prohibition in that. And the author's statement "it is not valid" means that the sale is not valid. If someone asks, "What is the evidence for its invalidity?" we say the evidence is the prohibition of Allah the Exalted, because His saying
Leave the sale ذروا البيع
means "do not sell." And the prohibition implies invalidity. This is the principle indicated by the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and the words of the scholars. It is indicated by the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) because he (peace and blessings be upon him) said
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected. من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد
Sahih Muslim 1718b
and he said
Every conditions that is not in the Book of Allah (SWT) is invalid, even if there are one hundred conditions. كل شرط ليس في كتاب الله فهو باطل وإن كان مائة شرط
Sunan Ibn Majah 2521Sahih (Darussalam)
And because if we were to validate what Allah and His Messenger prohibited, that would be a contradiction of Allah and His Messenger. For the prohibition implies staying away from it and not practicing it, while validation implies the opposite. So in this there is evidence and reasoning, evidence for the invalidity and reasoning.
What is the evidence?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh :
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected. من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد
Sahih Muslim 1718b
Every conditions that is not in the Book of Allah (SWT) is invalid كل شرط ليس في كتاب الله فهو باطل
Sunan Ibn Majah 2521Sahih (Darussalam)
And the reasoning is that validation necessitates practicing this thing and its execution, and this is a contradiction of Allah and His Messenger.
