And the woman in the waiting period and the woman who must verify her purity from another man are forbidden

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then he said, (may Allah have mercy on him) "And the woman in the waiting period and the woman who must verify her purity from another man, and the fornicatress until she repents" to the end. The woman in the waiting period from another man is forbidden to a man until when? Until her waiting period ends. If she is pregnant, it ends with the delivery of the child. If she is one of those who menstruate, it ends with three menstrual cycles. If she is not one of those who menstruate, it ends with three months. The point is that the woman in the waiting period from someone other than you is not lawful for you, and if you contract a marriage with her, the marriage is invalid.
And his saying "the woman in the waiting period from another man" implies that the woman in the waiting period from him is not forbidden. And we must know that the woman in the waiting period from him falls into three categories: the one in the revocable waiting period, the one divorced with three pronouncements, and the one divorced with less than three. The woman in the waiting period from a man is of three types: the revocable one, and the second?

The questioner : ... three.

The Shaykh : The one divorced with three pronouncements, and the third is the one divorced with less than three. As for the one in the revocable waiting period, she does not need a new contract; rather, he testifies that he has taken her back, and the matter ends because she is his wife. As for the one divorced with less than three, she needs a new contract, meaning a new right of possession and a new bridal gift.
If he has divorced her, she is not lawful for him thereafter until she marries another husband فإن طلّقها فلا تحل له من بعد حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq 17:804
And the woman in the waiting period from another man is forbidden until her waiting period ends. The woman in the waiting period from the man himself is divided into how many?

The questioner : Three categories.

The Shaykh : Three categories: the revocable one, the one divorced with three pronouncements, and the one divorced with less than three. The revocable one does not need a new contract because she is his wife. The one divorced with less than three needs a new contract, so she becomes lawful for him by a new contract, even during the waiting period. The one divorced with three pronouncements is not lawful for him until she marries another husband. Now, the woman who must verify her purity is also forbidden; the woman who must verify her purity from another man. From whom is the woman who must verify her purity? The woman who must verify her purity is the slave woman. If her husband, for example, frees her.

The questioner : Her master.

The Shaykh : Yes. If the slave woman is freed by her master, she is not lawful for another man until she verifies her purity. If she is one who menstruates, it is by one menstrual cycle. If she is pregnant, it is by the delivery of the child. Now, likewise, the woman who must verify her purity from another man, in the case where she was had intercourse with under a doubtful claim, according to the opinion that she does not have to observe a waiting period but only verify her purity, she is also a woman who must verify her purity from another man.
