Continuation of the benefits of the hadith of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him): "

The Shaykh : Or recite Surat al-Fatihah over him, because Surat al-Fatihah is a ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) that is recited over the sick and over those stung by a scorpion or a snake or the like. The important thing is that if you see that the patient likes to have it recited over him, then recite it over him, so that you do not drive him to the point of asking for the recitation, so that you do not drive the patient to the point of asking for the recitation, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: , so his saying: means that they do not ask anyone to recite over them. So if you see that he is looking for the recitation, recite it over him so that you do not make him need to ask for the recitation. Likewise, if you see that the patient likes you to prolong your stay with him, then prolong your stay. You are doing good and earning reward, so prolong your stay with him. Bring him joy, for perhaps bringing joy to his heart will be a cause of his healing, because the joy of the patient and the opening of his chest are among the greatest causes of healing. So if you see that he likes you to stay, stay with him, and prolong your sitting until you see that he is bored. But if you see that the man is putting on an act and does not like you to stay, and wants you to leave so that his family can be present and he can feel at ease with them, then do not delay, do not delay, just ask about his condition and then leave. So in this hadith, the hadith of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, there is the prescription of visiting the sick.
And among its benefits: the good character of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). There is no doubt that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was the best of people in character, because Allah said:[Al-Qalam 68:1-4], so the greatest of people in character and the best of people in character is the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). For this reason, he used to visit his Companions, and he would visit them and greet them, until he would pass by the children, the small children, and greet them. May Allah's prayers and peace be upon him. And success is from Allah.
And may Allah send prayers upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment. As for what follows:
We have previously spoken about some of the benefits of the hadith of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him), when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to visit him for a pain he was suffering from, and we have previously said something about visiting the sick, and what a person should do when visiting the sick. And among the benefits of this hadith: it is obligatory for a person to consult the scholars of knowledge, because Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) consulted the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he wanted to give in charity something from his wealth, he said:: so in it is the consultation of the scholars of knowledge and opinion, and every person according to his capacity. For example, if you want to undertake something related to matters of religion, then consult the scholars of knowledge, because they are more knowledgeable about matters of religion than others. If you want to buy a house, then consult the real estate agents. If you want to buy a car, then consult the engineers in car mechanics, and so on. For this reason, it is said: " He who consults does not fail, and he who seeks guidance from Allah does not regret", and a person, without doubt, should not claim perfection for himself. Whoever claims perfection for himself is the one who is deficient. Rather, one must review, especially in important matters that relate to the issues of the Ummah, because a person may be driven by enthusiasm and emotion to do something that is in itself right and there is nothing wrong with it, but speaking about it may be incorrect, either in the time or in the place or in the situation.
I saw with my Ummah seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without reckoning and without punishment, and he said: They are those who do not seek ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation), do not apply cautery, do not take an omen as a bad sign, and they rely upon their Lord.
رأيتُ مع أمتي سبعين ألفًا يدخلون الجنة بغير حساب ولا عذاب ، وقال : هم الذين لا يَسترقون ولا يكتوون ولا يَتطيرون وعلى ربهم يَتوكلونThey do not seek ruqyah.
لا يسترقونAnd among its benefits: the good character of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). There is no doubt that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was the best of people in character, because Allah said:
(1) Nun. By the pen and what they inscribe, (2) You are not, [O Muhammad], by the favor of your Lord, a madman. (3) And indeed, for you is a reward uninterrupted. (4) And indeed, you are of a great moral character.
And may Allah send prayers upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
