Israel is Ishaq ibn Ibrahim (peace be upon him), the brother of Isma'il. And from his descendants, meaning from the descendants of Israel, are Musa, Harun, and 'Isa, and all the Children of Israel are from the descendants of Ishaq (peace be upon him). Isma'il is the brother of Ishaq, so they and the Arabs are cousins.
