Continuation of the explanation of the statement of Imam al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding what he quoted: "."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Because the most important thing for a person is to be free from defects, especially defects that are disliked by people
So the angel wiped him, and he was cured by the permission of Allah, and the leprosy was removed from him, and he was given a beautiful color and beautiful skin. Then he said to him, "What wealth do you desire most?" He said, "Camels," or he said, "Cattle." فمسحه الملك فبرأ بإذن الله وزال عنه البرص وأعطي لونا حسنا وجلدا حسنا ثم قال له أي المال أحب إليك قال الإبل أو قال البقر
It appears that he said cattle, because in the story of the bald man he was given cattle, so this one was given camels
So he gave him a pregnant she-camel and said to him, "May Allah bless you in it." فأعطاه ناقة عشراء وقال له بارك الله لك فيها
So his poverty was removed and his physical defect was removed, and the angel prayed for him that Allah would bless him in this she-camel
Then he came to the bald man and said to him, "What do you desire most?" He said, "Beautiful hair, and that what has made people disgusted with me be removed from me." So he wiped him, and he was given beautiful hair. And he was asked, "What wealth do you desire most?" He said, "Cattle," so he was given a pregnant cow, and he was told, "May Allah bless you in it."
The rest of the story will come, if Allah wills, regarding the third man, who is the blind man, until it is completed, and Allah knows best.
The reader: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and all his Companions. He (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Then he came to the blind man and said, "What do you desire most?" He said, "That Allah restore my sight so that I can see people." So he wiped him, and Allah restored his sight to him. He said, "And what wealth do you desire most?" He said, "Sheep," so he was given a ewe that was pregnant. These two produced offspring and this one gave birth, so this one had a valley of camels, this one had a valley of cattle, and this one had a valley of sheep. Then he came to the leper in his appearance and form and said, "I am a poor man whose means of travel have been cut off, so I have no way to travel today except through Allah and then through you. I ask you by the One who gave you the beautiful color, the beautiful skin, and the wealth, for a camel to travel with on my journey." He said, "The rights are many." He said, "It is as if I know you. Were you not a leper whom people were disgusted with, and poor, until Allah gave you this?"

The Shaykh : Whom people were disgusted with, poor.
The reader: "Were you not a leper whom people were disgusted with, and poor, until Allah gave you this?" He said, "I only inherited this wealth from father to grandfather." He said, "If you are lying, may Allah return you to what you were." And he came to the bald man in his appearance and form and said to him the same thing he said to this one, and he replied to him the same way this one replied. He said, "If you are lying, may Allah return you to what you were." And he came to the leper in his appearance

The Shaykh : And he came, and he came.
The reader: And he came to the leper in the appearance

The Shaykh : Of the blind man, the blind man.
The reader: "And he came to the blind man in his appearance and form and said, "I am a poor man and a traveler whose means of travel have been cut off, so I have no way to travel today except through Allah and then through you. I ask you by the One who restored your sight to you, for a sheep to travel with on my journey." He said, "I was blind, and Allah restored my sight to me. Take what you wish and leave what you wish. By Allah, I will not burden you today with anything you take for the sake of Allah, Mighty and Majestic." He said, "Hold onto your wealth, for you have only been tested. Allah has been pleased with you and has been displeased with your two companions." Agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim.
