For the wrongdoers there will be no devoted friend and no intercessor [who is] obeyed.

ما للظالمين من حميم ولا شفيع يطاع

[Ghafir 40:18]

And He the Exalted said:

And there will not be for the wrongdoers any helper.

وما للظالمين من نصير

[Al-Hajj 22:71]

From Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

Be on your guard against committing oppression, for oppression is a darkness on the Day of Resurrection, and be on your guard against stinginess for stinginess destroyed those who were before you, as it incited them to shed blood and make lawful what was unlawful for them.

اتقوا الظلم فإن الظلم ظلمات يوم القيامة، واتقوا الشح فإن الشح أهلك من كان قبلكم حملهم على أن سفكوا دماءهم واستحلوا محارمهم
