Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions:
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) quoted: "The chapter on the rights of the neighbor and the exhortation regarding them:
Allah the Exalted said:
Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the neighbor farther away, the companion at your side, the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess واعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئا وبالوالدين إحسانًا وبذي القربى واليتامى والمساكينِ والجار ذي القربى والجار الجُنُب والصاحب بالجنْبِ وابن السبيل وما ملكت أيمانكم
[An-Nisa 4:36]

And from Abdullah ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Jibril – may the Salawat of Allah be upon him – continued to recommend me about (treating) the neighbors so (kindly and politely), that I thought he would order me to make them heirs. ما زال جبريل يوصيني بالجار حتى ظننت أنه سيورثه

And from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Abu Dharr, when you prepare the broth, add water to that and give that (as a present) to your neighbour. يا أبا ذر إذا طبخت مرقة فأكثر ماءها وتعاهد جيرانك

, narrated by Muslim.
And in a narration from him from Abu Dharr, he said:
My friend (peace and blessings be upon him) advised me that when I cook a stew, I should increase its water, then look for a household among your neighbors and give them some of it with kindness. إن خليلي صلى الله عليه وسلم أوصاني إذا طبخت مَرقةً فأكثر ماءها ثم انظر أهل بيت من جيرانك فأصبهم منها بمعروف

And from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe!" It was said, "Who is that, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?" He said, "That person whose neighbor does not feel safe from his evil. والله لا يؤمن ، والله لا يؤمن ، والله لا يؤمن ، قيل من يا رسول الله؟ قال: الذي لا يأمن جارُه بوائقَه

O Muslim women, none of you should consider even a sheep's trotter too insignificant to give to her neighbour. يا نساء المسلمات لا تحقرن جارة لجارتها ولو فرسن شاة

A neighbor should not prevent his neighbor from driving a wooden peg into his wall. Then Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Why do I see you turning away from it? By Allah, I will throw it between your shoulders. لا يمنع جارٌ جاره أن يغرز خشبة في جداره ، ثم يقول أبو هريرة رضي الله عنه: مالي أراكم عنها معرضين والله لأرمين بها بين أكتافكم
