Woe to every scorner and mockerوَيْلٌ لِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُمَزَةٍ
[Al-Humazah:1].

Answer:
Wail: severe punishment, a euphemism for severe punishment:
Wail to those who give less than the full measureوَيْلٌ لِلْمُطَفِّفِينَ
[Al-Mutaffifin:1],
Then woe, that Day, to the deniers,وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
[Al-Mutaffifin:10]. Wail: a reference to severe punishment, meaning: they have severe punishment.
The slanderer and backbiter: the one who slanders people and backbites about them and mocks them: sometimes with words, and sometimes with gestures.
