Backbiting and Slander Are Among the Major Sins

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! In these verses, the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Woe to every scorner and mockerوَيْلٌ لِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُمَزَةٍ
[Al-Humazah:1] Did he say that backbiting, slander, and the accumulation and counting of wealth are among the major sins because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Woeوَيْلٌ
[Al-Humazah:1]?And also in the verse, His saying:
The one whoالَّذِي
[Al-Humazah:2] It is a definite noun; how is it valid for it to be an attribute of an indefinite noun?

As for the first, yes, we say: Whoever is characterized by these traits has committed a major sin among the major sins, because backbiting the believers and slandering them is among the major sins.Have you not seen the saying of Allah the Exalted:
(29) Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed. (30) And when they passed by them, they would exchange derisive glances. (31) And when they returned to their people, they would return jesting.إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا كَانُوا مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَضْحَكُونَ * وَإِذَا مَرُّوا بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ * وَإِذَا انْقَلَبُوا إِلَى أَهْلِهِمُ انْقَلَبُوا فَكِهِينَ
[Al-Mutaffifin:29-31] They said: "Pass by us, these uncultured people, these dervishes," and the like of that.

And as for His saying (the Exalted):
Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it.الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالاً وَعَدَّدَهُ
[Al-Humazah:2] It has become a definite noun;Because His saying:
to every scorner and mockerلِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُمَزَةٍ
[Al-Humazah:1] It is an indefinite noun with a general meaning in the form of "all," so it is permissible to describe it with (the one who) considering the generality,Or is it said: That which is not an attribute of the backbiter and slanderer, but rather a predicate for a deleted subject, and the implied meaning is: is the one who accumulated his wealth and counted it.
