What is prescribed to do when angry?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A person becomes angry; what must he do to remove this anger?

Answer:
He should say: "I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan," and he should perform wudu' if it is easy for him to do so. If he is standing, he should sit down, and if he is speaking, he should remain silent until his anger subsides.
