Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Facing the qiblah when relieving oneself?

Answer:
There is no harm in doing so in a building, but it is forbidden in the open desert.
Q: And in a building?
A: There is nothing wrong with it according to the correct view, as it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) relieved himself facing the direction of Sham and with his back to the Ka'bah, in the house of Hafsa.
