What is said when rising from bowing and between the two prostrations

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
After bowing, while standing, what does one say?

Answer:
Our Lord, to You belongs all praise, abundant, good, and blessed praise. You are the One worthy of praise and glory, and it is only what the servant says, and all of us are Your servants. There is no one who can prevent what You have given, and there is no one who can give what You have withheld, and the wealth of the wealthy avails him nothing against You. He repeats the praise and glorification. And between the two prostrations, he says: My Lord, forgive me. My Lord, forgive me. He repeats it. O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, heal me, and provide for me. O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me. O Allah, rectify my heart and my deeds. O Allah, forgive me and my parents. He repeats the supplication.
