Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wrongedلَا يُحِبُّ اللَّهُ الْجَهْرَ بِالسُّوءِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ إِلَّا مَنْ ظُلِمَ
[Surat al-Nisa: 148] The wronged person has the right to supplicate against whoever wronged him, even openly.
