Supplication against the wrongdoer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it permissible for me to supplicate against the one who wronged me, because he wronged me greatly, cutting off my livelihood, and I am a young man who wants to get married and proceed with this life?

Answer:
Answer: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions. Supplicating against the wrongdoer is permissible, but forgiveness and pardon are better and more excellent for you, because if you supplicate against him, you have taken your right from him. As for your saying that he cut off your livelihood, this is an incorrect expression. The livelihood that Allah has decreed for you, no one can cut it off. So if this had been your livelihood, it would not have been cut off. Therefore, you should place your reliance upon Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
