A woman inherits from her husband if he dies while she is disobedient to him

Question: There is a woman whose husband called her to the marital bed, but she refused him; this was due to psychological reasons, meaning she has not desired it for approximately six years, although she has been with him for fifty years, and this did not occur for her except after the period mentioned. Her husband passed away to the mercy of Allah. Does she have the right to inherit anything from the estate?

Answer: If he did not divorce her, she inherits, even if they were estranged from each other until he died. She must repent, seek forgiveness, feel remorse, and make supplication for him.
