We ask you to be kind enough to answer this question:
A Sudanese woman came to perform Hajj, and she completed her 'Umrah on the 27th of Ramadan. She has two sons who work in the Kingdom. She received news here in the Kingdom, four days ago, that her husband had passed away in Sudan. Should she perform her Hajj while in the state of mourning, or should she return to Sudan to mourn in her home? What do you see regarding her case? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer: And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, after that:
She must observe mourning for her husband and complete her Hajj.

And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
