Question: If a woman sleeps on her son and he dies, is she responsible for his soul? And what must she do?
Answer: If his death was caused by her sleeping on him, she must pay the expiation and the blood money to the residuary male heirs; based on the saying of Allah the Exalted:[An-Nisa 4:92] the verse [Surat al-Nisa: 92]. And success is from Allah.
And may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
