A Question on Repeated Oaths

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I swore by Allah several times, and I am not certain of the exact number, but I think it was three times, and I did not do it after swearing.
So what is the ruling on that? And what is its expiation? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If a Muslim swears to do one thing and repeats that three times, or more, and does not do it at the time he specified; for example, if he says, “By Allah, I will boycott so-and-so today,” and he repeats that, then he owes one expiation; because this repetition is considered one oath.
As for if the oaths were on different actions and he did not do them, then he owes expiations equal to their number; such as if he swore that he would visit so-and-so on such-and-such a day, and that he would speak to so-and-so on such-and-such a day, and that he would give so-and-so such-and-such on such-and-such a day, and he did not do it, then if he is uncertain about the number, he acts according to his estimate; in accordance with the saying of the Exalted:
So fear Allah as much as you are ableفَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[At-Taghabun 64:16]
the verse [al-Taghabun: 16]. And success is from Allah.
