What is the authenticity of the hadith: “Whoever performs Hajj to the House and does not visit me has wronged me”?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I ask for information regarding the authenticity of the following hadiths:
The first:
Whoever performs Hajj to the House and does not visit me has wronged meمن حج البيت ولم يزرني فقد جفاني
.
The second:
Whoever visits me after my death is as if he visited me in my lifetimeمن زارني بعد موتي فكأنما زارني في حياتي
Sunan ad-Daraqutni 12:242
.
The third:
Whoever visits me in Madinah seeking reward will be my intercessor and witness on the Day of Resurrectionمن زارني بالمدينة محتسبًا كنت له شفيعًا شهيدًا يوم القيامة
; because it was reported in some books, and a problem arose from it, and there is disagreement regarding it between two opinions, one of which supports these hadiths, and the other does not support them.

Answer:
As for the first hadith: Ibn 'Adi and al-Daraqutni narrated it through the route of 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with the wording:
Whoever performs Hajj and does not visit me has wronged meمن حج ولم يزرني فقد جفاني
, and it is a weak hadith, indeed it is said about it: that it is fabricated, meaning: false, and that is because in its chain is Muhammad ibn al-Nu'man ibn Shab al-Bahili from his father, and both of them are very weak, and al-Daraqutni said: The criticism of this hadith is directed at Ibn al-Nu'man, not al-Nu'man, and al-Bazzar also narrated this hadith, and in its chain is Ibrahim al-Ghifari, who is weak, and al-Bayhaqi narrated it from 'Umar, and said: Its chain is unknown.
As for the second hadith: al-Daraqutni narrated it from a man from the family of Hatib from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with this wording, and in its chain is the unknown man, and Abu Ya'la narrated it in his Musnad, and Ibn 'Adi in his Kamil, and in its chain is Hafs ibn Dawud, who is weak in hadith.
As for the third hadith: Ibn Abi al-Dunya narrated it through the route of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with this wording, and in its chain is Sulayman ibn Zayd al-Ka'bi, who is weak in hadith, and Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated it through the route of 'Umar, and in its chain is an unknown person.
This, and there are authentic hadiths for the sake of taking a lesson, being admonished, and making du'a for the deceased. As for the hadiths reported specifically regarding visiting the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), they are all weak, indeed it is said: that they are fabricated.
So whoever desires to visit graves, or to visit the grave of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) in a legislated manner for the sake of taking a lesson, being admonished, making du'a for the deceased, sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and being pleased with his two companions, without traveling specifically for it, or making a journey for that, then his visit is prescribed and reward is hoped for him in it.
And whoever travels for it or makes a journey for it, then that is not permissible; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Do not take my grave as a place of festival, and do not make your houses into graves, and send blessings upon me, for your salam reaches me wherever you are.لا تتخذوا قبري عيدًا، ولا بيوتكم قبورًا، وصلوا عليَّ فإن تسليمكم يبلغني أينما كنتم
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 5:1006
, narrated by Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab al-Maqdisi in al-Mukhtara, and Allah knows best.
