Ruling on the prayer of a woman who miscarried a fetus before it took human form

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I have prayers I owe because I miscarried a fetus that was seven weeks old. I did not pray them out of ignorance, as I considered it to be post-natal bleeding. How do I make them up? I left off praying for half a month, I do not know if it was more or less. Is it permissible for me to pray in Mina the two prayers I owe from three years ago along with the obligatory prayer?

Answer:
If the fetus showed a sign of humanity, such as a hand or a leg, then it is post-natal bleeding. If nothing was shown in it and it was only blood, then the woman prays and takes precautions with pads, performs the ablution for each prayer, and prays. If you make up these prayers as a precaution, that is fine; otherwise, if Allah wills, you owe nothing because you left them off due to a doubtful matter, thinking you owed nothing. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not order the women with irregular bleeding, who had left off prayers due to a doubtful matter, to make them up. Nor did he order the Bedouin who hurried through his prayer to make up the past days due to his ignorance. If you make them up, there is nothing wrong with it, but it is not obligatory for you, because you were ignorant.
If it had a sign of humanity; because in the third stage, it may have a hand or a leg. In the third forty days, a hand or a leg or a head may become apparent in it, in which case it is post-natal bleeding. You do not pray and you do not fast. The point is that you owe no making up of prayers because of the doubtful matter; rather, you must repent and be careful in the future.
