What is the explanation of the phrase: “Not one who suffices, nor one who is entrusted with, nor one without whom our Lord is dispensed with”?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
Not one who suffices our Lord, nor one without whom He is dispensed with غير مكفي ربنا ولا مستغنى عنه
This means that we cannot do without Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and no one can suffice us in place of Him; He is our sufficient and He is our Provider (Exalted and Majestic is He).
