The reader: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) transmitted, in the context of the hadiths in the chapter on the prohibition of insulting a Muslim without right, "From Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
A drunkard was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ). He said, "Give him a beating." Then some beat him with their hands, some with their shoes, and some with (a folded) piece of cloth. When he left, someone said to him: "May Allah disgrace you!" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not help Satan overcome him by uttering such words."
Riyad as-Salihin 1562
Al-Bukhari narrated it.
And from him (may Allah be pleased with him) it is reported that he said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:
He who accused his slave of adultery, punishment would be imposed upon him on the Day of Resurrection, except in case the accusation was as he had said. من قذف مملوكه بالزنا يقام عليه الحد يوم القيامة إلا أن يكون كما قال
Sahih Muslim 1660a
Agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim."

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
These are the remaining hadiths in the chapter on the prohibition of insulting a Muslim without right. Two hadiths have already been mentioned: the hadith of Ibn Mas'ud and the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) on this topic.
As for the third hadith, it is the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him):
A man who had drunk أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اتي برجل قد شرب
Bulugh al-Maram 10:38
meaning that he had drunk khamr, and this was after its prohibition had been revealed.
And khamr is everything that intoxicates, whether it is from grapes, dates, barley, wheat, or anything else; everything that intoxicates is khamr. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Every intoxicant is Khamr and every intoxicant is forbidden. كل مسكر خمر وكل مسكر حرام
Sahih Muslim 2003b
