The Shaykh : Because Allah the Exalted said: .
And as for the second: it is not permissible for a woman to fast while her husband is present without his permission, nor to give permission for anyone to enter her house without his permission:
The first issue: Fasting, and fasting is of two types:
One type is obligatory, and she may fast without her husband’s permission.
And one type is voluntary, so she should not fast if he is present unless he gives permission. However, if he is absent, she is free to do so. But if he is present, she should not fast, because he might call her to his need while she is fasting, which would cause him difficulty, and she would also be in difficulty.
As for obligatory fasting: for example, if she has days remaining from Ramadan, and there is only as much time left until the second Ramadan as she has days to make up, then it is obligatory for her to fast, whether he gives permission or not. For example, if a woman has ten days remaining from Ramadan, and there are only ten days left until the second Ramadan: then she must fast, whether he gives permission or not. In fact, if he prevents her from fasting, she has the right to fast, because this is obligatory.
However, if she has ten days remaining from Ramadan and there is a month, two months, or more left until the second Ramadan, he may prevent her from fasting, and it is not permissible for her to fast without his permission. This is because the time is ample, and if the time is ample, she should not impose a burden on her husband.
And if he gives her permission and allows it and agrees, then if the fast is obligatory, it is forbidden for him to invalidate it through intercourse, because he gave permission for it and she has begun the obligatory fast, so he must let her complete it. If it is voluntary, he may have intercourse with her in it, even if the fast is invalidated, because completing a voluntary fast is not obligatory. However, if she says: “You gave me permission, and this is a promise from you that you will not invalidate my fast,” then he must fulfill it, and it is forbidden for him to invalidate her fast, due to the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Isra 17:34].
And as for his saying: “Nor give permission for anyone to enter his house without his permission”: this means she should not let anyone into the house without his permission. If he prevents her from letting a specific person in and says: “So-and-so is not to enter my house,” it is forbidden for her to let him into his house, because the house is his. However, if he is a man of broad-mindedness who does not mind if anyone enters his home, she is not required to ask his permission for every single person. And success is from Allah.

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful:
These are actions for which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified the ruling in the hadiths cited by the author in his book *Riyad al-Salihin*:
The first: the prohibition of the follower raising his head before his imam in bowing and prostration:
This is because the follower is commanded to follow the imam, so he should not precede him, nor lag behind him, nor match him, but rather follow him. As for preceding him, meaning going ahead of him: if it is in the takbir of ihram, the prayer is not established. That is, if he says the takbir for ihram before his imam says it, even if he is forgetful or distracted, his prayer is not established and he must repeat it.
And if it is in bowing or prostration, meaning: he precedes the imam in bowing and prostration intentionally, knowing that it is forbidden, then his prayer is invalid. His prayer is invalidated because he performed a forbidden act in the prayer, so his prayer is invalidated, just as if he spoke.
And as for matching: this is when he begins an action with the imam when the imam begins it. For example, he bows with the imam’s bowing, prostrates with his prostration, and stands with his standing. If this is in the takbir of ihram, his prayer is not established. If it is in anything else, it is prohibited. Some said: it is disliked. And some said: it is forbidden.
And as for racing ahead: by doing an action before the imam. It has been established that if it is in the takbir of ihram, the prayer is not established. As for bowing and prostration, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) warned against it regarding raising the head from them, and he said:Riyad as-Salihin 1751: This is a warning. It is feared that if a person raises his head from bowing before his imam, or from prostration before his imam, Allah might make his form the form of a donkey, may Allah protect us, or turn his head into the head of a donkey. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) chose the donkey over other beasts because the donkey is the most dull-witted of beasts. The donkey is the most dull-witted of beasts. For this reason, it was used as an example for the Jews who were given the Torah but did not carry it, and he said: [Al-Jumu'ah 62:5]. This indicates the prohibition of preceding the imam in raising the head from bowing and raising the head from prostration. Likewise, racing ahead to bow or prostrate is forbidden for the follower.
And as for lagging behind the imam: as some people do. When he prostrates and the imam rises from prostration, you find him remaining in prostration, claiming that he is calling upon Allah, and that he is in goodness and in supplication. We say: Yes, you are in goodness and supplication if you were alone. But since you are with the imam, your lagging behind the imam is contrary to the guidance of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), due to his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):: The particle “fa” indicates sequence and immediate following, so it is prescribed for a person to hasten and not lag behind. The rest of the discussion on the last two hadiths will come, if Allah wills.
