One who prays while in a state of ritual purity but has some impurity on his foot
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: The questioner, M. A., says: If a normal Muslim (one who does not suffer from obsessive doubts) prays while in a state of ritual purity, but has some impurity on his foot or part of his body, and he does not repeat this prayer, does he become a disbeliever, or is he considered a Muslim who has committed a sin? Peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy.
A: And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, and after that:
The person mentioned does not become a disbeliever because of this, and he does not have to repeat the prayer if he was ignorant or forgetful. However, if he was aware and mindful during the prayer that there was impurity on his foot or part of his body, then he must repeat this prayer if it was an obligatory prayer, along with repenting to Allah for that.
May Allah guide everyone to what pleases Him.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
