Continuation of the explanation of the author's statement: "And they are those who confront people with weapons in the desert or in buildings, seizing their money openly, not by theft"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : They cut them down and stripped them of their clothes, and they came to the town with nothing on them. Yes, so they sat in a place near the town, hiding from the people until night came. When night came, they entered the town, because it is not possible for them to enter the town while in this state, because I say this is a disturbing state. This matter is undoubtedly corruption on earth, because it prevents people from traveling the roads, which are places of their safety, and because it is harm, terror, and frightening people, so it is among the greatest forms of corruption.
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) says: "They seize their wealth openly". He says: "Give us the wealth by force, not by theft, because theft involves taking wealth secretly."
