Does Hajj become valid before its months?

The Shaykh : Yes, we mentioned that the apparent meaning of the Qur'an is that Hajj is in known months, and that Hajj does not become valid except in these months, as in His saying: In that case, if he remains in the state of ihram, his ihram converts to 'Umrah. If he does not remain in it, then it did not become valid and is of no value. As for the spatial miqat, it is disliked or forbidden, but it becomes valid because this occurred among the Companions and the Khulafa' after them, but we do not say that it invalidates the ihram.
