Does one who travels to visit his parents shorten the prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The one who visits his parents in their place for two or three days?
If he visits them and travels, he shortens the prayer. Even if he visits his parents, he should not pray alone; he should pray with the people, because the congregation is obligatory and shortening is a recommended practice. If he does not have a brother with him, it is not permissible for him to pray alone; he should pray with the congregation and complete the prayer. However, if he has a brother with him, they can pray two rak'ahs; there is nothing wrong with that. And if they pray with a congregation, they complete the prayer.
