Ruling on looking at the prospective bride from time to time

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener (S. A.) sent a question saying: When a man wants to propose to a girl, it is permissible in the Shari'ah for him to look at her face. The question is: the period of the proposal sometimes lasts a month, two months, or a year. Is it permissible for her to uncover her face and hands during this period, or should she cover her face and hands until the consummation of the marriage? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
There is no blame on the suitor in looking at his prospective bride, and there is no blame on her in looking at him, until each of them feels reassured about the other. Once each of them feels reassured, that is sufficient, and praise be to Allah.
The point is that the suitor has the right to look; to increase his desire, or to know things he wants, so that he may withdraw from the proposal if he fears something.
The point is that looking is permissible without seclusion, until he feels reassured, and she feels reassured about the desire, or the lack of it. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
