The ruling on one who is unable to perform the expiation for an oath due to the absence of poor people

Question:
The questioner also says: “My Shaykh, I have many oaths, but I am unable to fulfill them, either because there are no poor or needy people, or because no one is helping me with it, even though I have sufficient money, but I am unable to carry it out, and there is no one to help me with it. I ask you to inform me. May Allah reward you with good.”
Answer:
You must fulfill the expiation for the oaths you have sworn. If you have sworn oaths and broken them, the expiation is upon you. For example, if you say, “By Allah! I will not visit the family of so-and-so,” as a deliberate oath, or “By Allah, I will not speak to so-and-so,” or “By Allah, I will not wear this thing,” the deliberate oath requires expiation. The poor are present. If you are unable and have no money, you fast for three days. This is because Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) said in His great Book: [Al-Ma'idah: 89], then He said, Glorified is He: [Al-Ma'idah: 89].
Therefore, it is obligatory for the Muslim man and woman to guard their oaths and be cautious of being lax. If one swears that he will not do something and then does it, the expiation for an oath is upon him. Or if he swears that he will do this thing and does not do it—swears that he will fast on Monday, swears that he will visit so-and-so on such-and-such day, swears that he will eat from his food, but does not do it—the expiation for an oath is upon him. If he is unable due to poverty, he fasts for three days. It should be consecutive, because a group of scholars mentioned that as a condition, and some of the Companions recited: “(then fasting three consecutive days).”
The point is: the most cautious course is to fast them consecutively. Yes.
The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.

Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths. So its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it] - then a fast of three days

But guard your oaths.
