The reward for a man praying alone due to work circumstances

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener, Bakhit ibn Mubarak al-Dawsari in the city of Jubail, sent a message saying: First, we are in industrial security, and our work is on shifts, and naturally the prayers pass us by, and sometimes...

The Shaykh : Repeat, repeat.

The presenter: We are in industrial security, our work is on shifts, and naturally the prayers pass us by, and sometimes we are forced to have each of us pray alone. Our question: Is the reward of congregational prayer counted for us, knowing that we sometimes pray individually? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If a person is forced to pray alone, and he is excused due to illness, or guarding; the reward of the congregation is hoped for him, it is hoped for him, because he is excused, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
If a servant falls ill, or travels; Allah writes for him what he used to do while he was healthy and residentإذا مرض العبد، أو سافر؛ كتب الله له ما كان يعمله وهو صحيح مقيم
And due to his saying (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding those who stayed behind in the city during the expedition to Tabuk, he said -may peace and blessings be upon him-:
There are some people in Medina who were with you all the time, you did not travel any portion of the journey nor crossed any valley, but they were with youإن في المدينة أقوامًا ما سرتم مسيرًا، ولا قطعتم واديًا إلا وهم معكم
Sahih al-Bukhari 4423
They said: And they are in the city? He said:
And they were in the city, their excuse held them backوهم في المدينة حبسهم العذر
And in the other wording:
Illness held them backحبسهم المرض
, so the one who is excused has the reward of the workers if his staying behind is for the sake of a valid legal excuse, yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
