The ruling on one who enters the mosque and prays before the people, then leaves because of a stain on his garment

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A message sent by the listener Ibrahim al-Abdullah al-Nasser, who says: If a person enters the mosque to perform the 'Isha' prayer, then notices something on his garment, such as stains, and says to himself, "I will pray 'Isha' before the people gather," then he prays and leaves, is this an acceptable excuse? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
This is not permissible. Rather, it is obligatory for him to be patient and pray with the people, even if there are stains on his garment, unless he can go to the bathroom around the mosque, or to his house if it is nearby. If he is able to go and remove the stain, there is no blame on him. This is if the stain is not ritually impure.
As for if it is ritually impure, he must go, he must go and remove the impurity, or else change his garment, even if he misses the congregation. He must go to his house and remove this impurity by washing, or by changing his garment to another one that is not impure. As for mere dirt or stains that are not ritually impure... he prays in it, and praise be to Allah, and he does not abandon the congregation. It is obligatory for him to pray with the congregation, and he can remove the garment or wash the dirt afterwards.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
