The ruling on Friday prayer for one who is far from the mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
After this, a message reached the program from the Tunisian Republic, and its sender is a listener who says: Your brother in Allah, Yusuf Miftah. Brother Yusuf says: I live in a remote area that is very far from the mosque, and this prevents me from praying the Friday prayer. Is it permissible for me to pray the Friday prayer at home while it is being broadcast live, and listening to it on the radio? Please guide us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If you are able to attend, you must attend. If you can hear the call to prayer when the noises are quiet, you must attend. Or if you are on the outskirts of the town, you must attend in any case, even if it is far. You must attend the Friday prayer. However, if you are far away outside the town, you do not hear the call to prayer, and it is difficult for you to attend, then there is no blame on you. You pray the midday prayer, you do not pray the Friday prayer. You must pray the midday prayer, four units; because the Friday prayer is only prayed in congregation. As for a person in his home, he prays the midday prayer, due to his illness or his distance. And so women pray the midday prayer, four units, they do not pray the Friday prayer. A woman prays the midday prayer at home, four units, in every place. And so the sick man who does not attend the Friday prayer prays the midday prayer, four units. And so the one who is far from the mosques and cannot attend due to his distance from the mosques, and does not hear the voice of the one who calls to prayer; this person prays the midday prayer, four units.
But if it is facilitated for you, even by car, to attend the good, and you witness the Friday prayer; this is a great good. As for if you are far away, even by car, it is not obligatory for you if you are far and do not hear the call to prayer when the noises are quiet. As for hearing it through a loudspeaker, no, that is, it does not obligate attendance if you are far. But if you endure the hardship, and you are patient, and you come; this is a great good for you... whether on foot, or in the car, or on the bicycle, you are doing a great good.
But it is not obligatory for you if you are far away. It is only obligatory for you if you are near, you hear the voice of the call to prayer when the noises are quiet, you hear it even if the prayer is quiet, you hear it. Due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever hears the call for prayer and and does not come (to the mosque for prayer), his prayer will not be accepted from him, unless he has a (legitimate) excuse. من سمع النداء، فلم يأت؛ فلا صلاة له إلا من عذر
Bulugh al-Maram 2:308
It was said to Ibn Abbas: What is the excuse? He said: Fear or illness. And in another hadith, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said when a blind man asked him: O Messenger of Allah! I have no guide to lead me to the mosque. Do I have a dispensation to pray in my home? He said -may the prayers and peace be upon him-: H
