The ruling on taxidermy of animals and keeping them in the house

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A letter reached the program from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as well, sent by one of the sisters from there. She says: Samira, a helper. Sister Samira has a number of questions, among which is a question that says: Is it permissible to taxidermy animals and birds, and is it permissible to keep these taxidermied animals and birds in the house?

Answer:
That is not permissible for two reasons: First, it is a waste of time and money. Second, it leads to false beliefs regarding it, and it may also lead to hanging pictures of living beings, imitating those who hang these taxidermied animals. So, what we issue as a ruling is the prohibition of that for these two reasons: because it is a waste of money, and because it may lead to corrupt beliefs. There is a third cause as well, which may also lead to hanging pictures; because whoever sees them thinks they are pictures, so he imitates them and makes pictures like them. So, the result is that this action is not permissible. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
