Ruling on one who is unable to perform wudu or tayammum due to illness

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: A woman underwent a surgical operation, so she is unable to perform wudu, nor tayammum, and she is also unable to pray while standing or sitting. How should the prayer be performed in this case?

Answer:
She prays with tayammum if she is unable to use water. She prays with tayammum; her brother, or her mother, or her husband, or one of her mahrams performs it for her with dust. She instructs him to do so with the intention, and he wipes her face and hands with light dust. It is not a condition that she do it with her own hands if she is unable. Her mother, or her brother, or her father, or her husband, or any of her other mahrams performs it for her. He strikes the dust, then wipes her face and hands with his hands, with the intention of wudu. She instructs him to do so and intends it herself. That is sufficient for her, and praise be to Allah. She does not pray except with tayammum if she is unable to use water. Yes.
As for what concerns the discharge from the back and front passages, istinja' is sufficient for this, using stones, or stones, or tissues, for what comes out from the back and front passages, namely urine and feces. The patient wipes with tissues until he removes the impurity from his back and front passages, whether male or female, on the condition that it is three wipes or more, three wipes or more, until the impurity is removed. And if he is unable, the one who cares for him does it. The nurse for the woman, and the nurse for the man, or his mother, or his sister, or his wife, does it. He removes the impurity with tissues. And this is a state of dire necessity, a state of dire necessity... for the nurse to do it with the patient, and the nurse with the patient. The man is attended to by a man, and the woman is attended to by a woman. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
