The ruling on a woman fasting while menstruating

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
She also says: The same thing happened to me regarding fasting, where I fasted one of the days of Ramadan before the proper time for ritual purity. Do I have to pay an expiation? What is it? And do I have to make up the prayers I performed in that state?

Answer:
If you were menstruating and you fasted, you must make up that day you fasted, as long as the blood is still with you. The ghusl performed while the blood is present is of no benefit; the ghusl must be after purity, after seeing the white thread, or after the cleanliness becomes apparent with cotton or the like, until you see that the menstruation has stopped and no trace of it remains. If you fasted while a trace of blood was still with you, you must make up the fast. As for the prayer, you do not have to make it up, but you must make up the fast that occurred during menstruation. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
