The ruling on a woman delaying the 'Isha' prayer until after midnight

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner also says: "Your Eminence, on some days I am very tired, so I fall asleep and do not wake up for the 'Isha' prayer until after midnight. How do you guide me? May Allah reward you with good."

Answer:
It is obligatory for you, and for others, to perform the prayer before the middle of the night. If you are tired, hasten to perform it at the beginning of its time, when the twilight disappears, meaning when the 'Isha' adhan is called. Pray first, then sleep, and praise be to Allah. As for delaying it until the time passes, it is not permissible, neither for the sick nor for the healthy. It is obligatory that it be prayed within its time, and its time extends until the middle of the night. If the night is ten hours long, once five hours have passed, the time ends. It is not permissible to delay it after the five hours. If the night is twelve hours long, the time ends at the sixth hour, after the sunset of the sun.
The point is that it is not permissible for a man or a woman to delay the 'Isha' prayer until after the middle of the night. Even if one is sick, one must bring it forward before the middle of the night, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
the, time of the night prayer (lasts) by midnightوقت العشاء إلى نصف الليل
Sahih Muslim 612b
(peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.
