Ruling on the exit of a woman observing the waiting period for widowhood during the waiting period out of necessity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
We move on to a message received from Algeria from the questioner J. Hakimah from Algeria, who says: Is it permissible for a woman observing the waiting period for widowhood to go out out of necessity during the days of the waiting period?
Answer: Yes, she may go out for her need, such as buying a necessity from the market, or going to the hospital for treatment, or to the court for a lawsuit against her, or for a lawsuit she files against others. There is nothing wrong with it; her going out for a need is not blameworthy. However, she must remain in the house until she completes the waiting period, whereas her going out for a need is not prohibited. Yes.
