Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (He said: I am only a messenger from your Lord)
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The listener Muhammad Ali from Sudan asks about the exegesis of the saying of the Truth, Blessed and Exalted is He: [Maryam:19]?
Answer: This is said by Jibril (peace be upon him), he says it to Maryam, and the pure boy is Isa (peace be upon him), and this is by the command of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), as He commanded him to breathe into her, so she became pregnant by the cause of the breath, and she gave birth to this noble child, who is Isa ibn Maryam (peace be upon him), and he is the servant of Allah and His Messenger. Allah created him from a female, who is Maryam the truthful, without a father. Allah said to him: (Be, and he was), just as He said in the story of Adam: [Al-Imran:59]. So the intended meaning is that Isa was created from a female without a male, and he has no father, rather Allah said to him: (Be, and he was) by the breath that Jibril breathed into Maryam until she became pregnant with it, as He said (Mighty and Majestic): [Al-Anbiya:91], and she is Maryam (may Allah be pleased with her). The intended meaning is that the breath is a breath from Jibril, and he is the messenger of Allah to her. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
He said, "I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy."

Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was.
