In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
If this woman was breastfed five times or more by her aunt along with her young son, then she becomes a sister to all the children of the aunt, and she is not permissible for either the young one or the older one; rather, she becomes their sister, provided she was breastfed five times or more while within the two-year period from her aunt. In that case, her aunt becomes her mother, and the children of the aunt, both male and female, become brothers and sisters to this breastfed woman. It is not permissible for her to marry any of them. May Allah guide them all. Yes.
