Ruling on a woman receiving male guests while her husband is absent

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
We begin this episode with a question from a female questioner (A. M. K.) from Syria. She says: "Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings. I am asking about a woman who loves to do good, is a believer, fasts, prays, and has a need to visit the Sacred House of Allah, and her heart is for Allah . She is kind to people, but she receives male guests while her husband is absent and fulfills their needs to the best of her ability, but with a pure heart and a sincere intention. Is this forbidden? And does this affect her deeds, her prayer, and her fasting? Please inform us, may you be rewarded."
Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
The action mentioned by the questioner is subject to detailed consideration: If the woman receiving the guests is covered, wearing hijab, and far from the causes of fitnah, and she does not seclude herself with any of the men, then there is no blame on her. However, if it involves seclusion with any of the men, or displaying some of her adornment and the causes of fitnah, this is not permissible; because rulings revolve around the operative causes, and the woman is commanded to observe hijab, cover herself, and stay away from the causes of fitnah, and she is prohibited from secluding herself with a non-mahram man. So, if her receiving the guests is in a manner that does not harm her religion and does not damage her religion, with no seclusion and no uncovering, then there is nothing wrong with it. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
