The ruling on dyeing hair with a color other than black

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it permissible to change the color of the hair to a color other than black?

Answer:
If the hair is not gray, it is better to leave it as it is. However, if it is gray, it is better to change it to a color other than black, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Change this gray hair, and avoid blackغيروا هذا الشيب، واجتنبوا السواد
(peace and blessings be upon him). Therefore, it is recommended for an elderly person or one afflicted with gray hair, whether male or female, to change the color, but not to black; rather, to red, yellow, or with henna and khamrah, which is a color between black and red. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
